When controllers arrive at our facility, they are assigned to one of our experienced technicians and put into our repair queue. The normal turnaround time is between 1-5 working days, depending on the problem and parts availability.
All rebuilt/repaired controllers carry a full 1-year warranty and are tested to the manufacturer's specifications. If economical repair is not possible, you will be contacted before any work is performed.
All repaired controllers carry a comprehensive 1-year warranty on workmanship and replaced components from date of shipment. Coverage includes power supply failures, communication faults, and control circuit defects when properly installed and operated within the manufacturer's specifications.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, corrosion, water damage, or damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, abnormal wear, or improper installation. All repairs must be performed by qualified technicians following OEM guidelines.
