Most ComfortPro units don’t arrive with a tidy fault code — they arrive as “it starts and dies” or “no AC in the bunk.” These are the failure patterns we see most at the bench, and what each one usually means for the control board.

Where the hardware supports it we apply V2.0+ firmware updates as part of the service, so the unit returns both repaired and current.
