
When controllers arrive at our facility, they are assigned to one of our experienced technicians and put into our repair queue. The normal turnaround time is between 3-7 business days, depending on the problem and parts availability.
All rebuilt/repaired controllers are bench-tested to the manufacturer's specifications and guaranteed fully functional on delivery. The repair we perform is covered by a 1-year warranty. If economical repair is not possible, you will be contacted before any work is performed.

Coverage includes power supply failures, communication faults, and control circuit defects in the serviced circuits, when properly installed and operated within the manufacturer's specifications.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, corrosion, water damage, or damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, abnormal wear, or improper installation. All repairs must be performed by qualified technicians following OEM guidelines.
From arrival to return shipment, your controller is logged under your repair request, handled only by our repair technician, and stored securely at our facility. Every unit is bench-tested before return and ships back with tracking. If a unit cannot be repaired economically, we contact you before any work is performed and return it according to your instructions.

Every controller receives a complete component-level diagnostic evaluation. Once we examine your controller, we'll contact you with a detailed repair estimate before any work is performed. The $75 evaluation fee is fully waived when the repair is approved and completed — it applies only if you decline the estimate.
