Commercial Accounts for Fleets & Service Centers
A repair program for fleets, dealers and repair shops that manage Thermo King and Carrier electronics: pre-authorized repairs, an invoice per repair with your PO, a monthly statement and optional Net 30 credit.
What your account includes
Built for companies that send modules regularly: fewer approvals, clean paperwork and one accountable contact. The account itself pays before the part ships back; credit is optional.
Sending one module occasionally? A standard repair request is all you need.
Pre-authorized repairs (NTE)
Agree a not-to-exceed amount per module. Repairs within that limit proceed without waiting for approval. If a repair would exceed the agreed limit, we request your authorization before continuing.
Your PO and references on every piece
Each module is tracked with your PO number, unit or trailer number, branch and serial number, so every invoice line matches your records.
Net 30 credit (optional)
Your account does not require credit: by default you pay before the part ships back. Net 30 is an optional credit line, subject to approval.
Invoice per repair and monthly statement
Every repair gets its own invoice with your PO and references. A monthly statement lists each invoice with its number, amount, due date and status.
Dedicated account contact
One person at DCF who knows your fleet, your PO rules and your open repairs.
Repair history by serial number
What was repaired, when, and what is still under warranty, available on request to support repair-or-replace decisions.
Inbound shipping labels
Request a shipping label for any account shipment, so your team only needs to pack and drop off. The label cost is added to that repair’s invoice.
Defined turnaround
Standard turnaround is 7–15 business days. Rush service is available when a unit is critical.

A registered business (fleet, dealer, service center or repair shop)
An accounts payable contact
Your PO requirements and not-to-exceed limits
An estimate of annual repair volume
Questions from procurement and maintenance teams
No sign-up fee and no contractual minimum. The volume you estimate helps us plan capacity and set the right terms.
No. The commercial account and credit are separate. With an account you pay before the repaired part ships back, the same as an occasional order. Net 30 is an optional credit line you can request; it is subject to approval.
We agree a maximum amount per module type. Any repair within that amount is authorized in advance. If a repair would exceed the agreed limit, we request your authorization before continuing.
Each repair is invoiced individually, with your PO and references. Each month you also receive a statement that lists every invoice with its number, amount, due date and status, so accounts payable can reconcile it line by line.
Our W-9, a certificate of insurance and remittance details. We complete supplier portals such as Ariba or Coupa when your procurement team requires it.
The same 1-year warranty as every DCF repair, tracked by serial number. Every module is bench-tested before it ships back.
Yes. If a unit is down, submit a repair request today on standard terms and include your company name; we link it to your account once it is approved.
